Welcome to HonDelic. By accessing our website and purchasing
our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully.

1. ABOUT US

HonDelic is operated by BlomViz, a registered company
in Kyoto, Japan. We sell authentic Japanese craft goods and
offer bento reservations for pickup in Kyoto.

2. PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display our products accurately.
However, colors and textures may vary slightly due to the
handmade nature of our items and differences in screen settings.
Slight variations are part of the charm of handcrafted goods
and are not considered defects.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY). For international
customers, the final charge may be converted by your card issuer,
and currency conversion fees may apply.

We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and other methods
shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before orders are
processed.

4. SHIPPING (PHYSICAL GOODS)

International orders are fulfilled through our partner service.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at
checkout based on your destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather,
or carrier issues beyond our control.

5. IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on
your country. These charges are the responsibility of the
customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Please check with your local customs office for details.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES (PHYSICAL GOODS)

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective, or
- You received an item different from your order.

In these cases, we cover return shipping and offer a replacement
or refund.

We cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Items damaged through customer use
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery

For international orders, returns are generally not accepted
except in cases of clear product defect. Please contact us first.

7. BENTO RESERVATIONS

Bento orders are reserved in advance and picked up at our
Kyoto location. The exact address is shared by email only with
customers who have completed their reservation.

Reservation cancellation policy:
- 7+ days before pickup: 100% refund
- 48 hours to 7 days before: 50% refund
- Within 48 hours / no-show: no refund

In cases of force majeure (typhoon, flight cancellation by
airline, government travel restrictions), we offer a full refund
or rescheduling.

8. PICKUP LOCATION & PRIVACY

To protect the privacy and quality of our experience, our Kyoto
location is not publicly listed. The address is provided only to
confirmed customers. Please do not share this address publicly.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images, text, and the
HonDelic brand, is the property of HonDelic and may not be
copied or reproduced without permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our products are food and craft items. Please check ingredient
information before consuming bento, especially regarding allergies.
We are not liable for any allergic reactions if dietary information
was not requested in advance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HonDelic shall not be
liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from
the use of our products or website.

11. ALLERGENS

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles fish, soy, wheat,
eggs, dairy, and sesame. We cannot guarantee allergen-free
preparation. Customers with severe allergies should contact us
before ordering.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall
be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kyoto, Japan.
